Office Contact
On the first day of each new assignment, we contact the client to make sure you have arrived safely. We also speak to you every Thursday whilst you are in a booking to make sure that you are happy; however your dedicated consultant is always at hand should you have any problems.
Your pay and tax
All temporary workers are paid on a weekly basis from the temporary workers timesheet. To ensure correct tax and National Insurance deductions we need your National Insurance number and P45 before you start your assignment.
Timesheets
A new timesheet is required for every week, and for each client you've worked for during that week. When an assignment is for more than one week our accounts deparment will automatically send a new one with your payslip each week.
Sickness / Absence
Should you fall ill whilst working for Accent Employment you are requested to call our office between 7.30am and 8.00am. If you need time off for interviews, medical appointments etc, please let our office know so we can organise your absence with our client.
